The Innovative Emotional Wellbeing Self-help Tool
for Young People – Visit
Mindjurny is an evidence-based emotional wellbeing support tool, safe and easy to use. Created by CHUMS, developed by people who understand children and young people’s mental health and wellbeing.
It gives young people, parents, and carers easy access to practical support, including short videos, downloadable resources, activities, and pre-recorded workshops on a range of emotional well-being topics.
Available 24/7 on any digital device, Mindjurny helps people access support earlier, build confidence, and take small, positive steps before things become more difficult.
Training
From September 2026, updated RSHE guidance will include bereavement, so many schools will want to make sure staff feel confident and prepared.
CHUMS is well placed to help. With nearly 30 years’ experience supporting bereaved children and young people, and providing guidance to schools and other professionals, we are offering a new training session designed specifically for education settings.
If you have other training needs or enquiries, please complete the attached form and we will review your request.
